T'was so sooo good to hear it!

Well, Thursday at The Electroacoustic Club was fun, thanks to all those who came down, was really good to see some new friends there too, thanks very much for putting yourselves through another one of our gigs, and on purpose too!

Not much else to tell, gigging in February a bit, some recording! I am coming to terms with the fact that carrying two guitars in rush hour on the tube is not a good experience, so it may be time to start using the car, what an utter arse!..it does mean however I could bring the banjo next time....

Surprise little gig...

We played an impromptu little gig at The Offside Acoustic Club on Sunday which was very nice, thanks to all the friendly strangers for the fab response to our rather shakey set. Sorry to those who would have liked to have come but it was very last minute and we'll be playing this Thursday 19 January at The Electroacoustic Club, so we'll see some of you there! We shall also be playing at the Offside Acoustic club for a full set on Sunday 12 February, on sometime after 9.

There's something really good about this venue, we've played there twice now and on both occasions it's felt really good, it could be something to do with the stage, which is a little raised wooden platform kind of in the middle of the place, which somehow seems to suit our style... which as you may know, can be a little shambolic...

and so the New Year begins...

Howdy folks...the Absinth has evporated from my pores and I am able to see a bit better now...You will of course notice we have a 'News' section now, which means we can write all manner of rubbish which no-one will read, but I'm sure we'll carry on regardless.

January brings us recording, with Steve (new drummer boy). Ant has gone back to Oz, and if you're reading this Ant, we missed you at New Year, it's not quite the same going blind from alcomahol abuse without you... We'll be doing some live type sessions which will bring us up-to-date soundwise which we have been hankering to do for quite a few months... At some point this here website will be updated with a new Music Player and possibly an overall new look and some photography and...and...then um.... we'll be gigging and stuff till we are too tired to carry on, and we'll find ourselves a little tree to sit under and drink moonshine.
